Learn to draw more convincing hands and feet! Overcome any fears you may have about drawing these complex extremities. Join artist Boris Tyomkin for this special 1-night workshop on drawing the human hand and foot.

Emphasis is placed upon observation, anatomy, structure, line quality, and volume. Proportions and foreshortening will be discussed and demonstrated. Students break down hands and feet into geometric shapes. Using light, shadow, and tone, they build a sense of three-dimensionality to create more realistic drawings. All levels are welcome.

Materials and supplies will be provided.

Location: This is an in-person class taking place at the new BAC campus located in Santa Monica at

1625 Olympic Blvd., Santa Monica, CA. LINK TO MAP

Transportation and Parking: Centrally located for easy access from all over Los Angeles County, BAC is only a 5-minute walk from the E Line (Expo) Metro Rail station exit off of 17th/SMC. The Center has a small parking lot located right in front of the buildings entrance. If parking is unavailable in the lot there is 2, 3 and 9-hour metered street parking in the area.
