Program Assistant (Part-time)
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is a member of Brentwood Art Center’s (BAC’s) front office team. The Program Assistant serves as a face of BAC, supporting student, faculty, and administration in implementing programs that fulfill the organization's mission. Our ideal candidate is a recent graduate, artist, or arts enthusiast who is outgoing, friendly, smart, and positive. The candidate must be reliable with a can-do attitude, as well as enjoy problem solving and providing excellent customer service in a vibrant creative community.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
Wednesday:
9am - 1:30pm
9am - 3:30pm
(Some Mondays, nights, and weekends may also be required during peak times and for special events.)

Brentwood Art Center is interested in expanding course offerings for future terms. Teaching artists, designers, and makers are invited to submit course proposals for review. If you are interested in teaching for BAC, either online or in person, please submit the following:

All submissions are reviewed quarterly. Due to the number of submissions received, we are unable to respond to every applicant. As a small non-profit arts center, we are limited in the number of courses we can offer each term. Thank you for your interest in Brentwood Art Center.
Kids’ Camp and Classroom Assistant
Reporting to the Executive Director, supports Brentwood Art Center’s Visual Arts Programs on an intermittent/as needed basis by assisting instructors and students with class activities.
Facilities Assistant
Reporting to the Operation Manager and Executive Director, supports Brentwood Art Center’s Visual Arts Programs on an intermittent/as needed basis by setting up classroom/studios, cleaning facilities, and assisting faculty, staff, and students as needed.
Available Shifts:
Monday: 9am-1pm
Weekdays: 12:30pm-2:30pm
