The 2026 Alexa Liu Ceramics Scholarship supports a young person’s creative efforts in clay.

This once a year $500 scholarship is made possible by a generous donation from Alexa Liu, a BArch student at Cornell University and potter who has raised over $500 from the sale of her own work to support this award and another young person’s creative endeavors. While a high school senior, Alexa was awarded Best in Show for 2025 High School Ceramics Exhibition at American Museum of Ceramic Art (AMOCA).

This annual scholarship covers course tuition, materials, and fees.
