Birthday Party & Private Events

Unleash your inner artist and celebrate your special day with a unique and memorable experience at the Brentwood Art Center! Our private art workshops suitable for birthday parties offer an engaging and creative environment for 10-20 participants.

What's Included

Expert Instructor: A dedicated art instructor will guide participants through the artistic process, providing inspiration and support for budding artists of all ages.

Assistant: Ensuring personalized attention, an art assistant will be available to support your guests and ensure a smooth creative experience for everyone.

Art Materials: Leave the details to us! All the needed art supplies and materials are included, so you can simply create.

Studio Space: The package includes the use of our studio space, complete with tables, stools, and kitchenette for the 2 hours of your event plus 20 minutes of prep time. 

Dates and Times: We currently offer Private Workshops or Birthday Parties on Friday evenings, Saturday late afternoons/evenings, and Sundays. (subject to availability) 

Creative Choice: Enjoy a custom designed art project for your group focused on drawing, painting, or mixed media. When you share your party theme or project preferences, along with the ages of participants, we will prepare 2-3 project ideas for you to choose from.

Ceramics/Other Art Mediums Projects (Additional Cost): For those seeking a hands-on experience in ceramics, or other specialized art mediums, we offer special projects at an additional rate. Inquire about pricing by emailing us at info@brentwoodart.org.

Pricing 

Per Hour Per Person: $26.50

applied for each child/guest attending the event  ($53 for 2 hours)

Party Duration: 2 Hour Minimum

allows time to create together, break briefly to celebrate, and finalize art activity 

Minimum Guests: 10

Maximum Guests: 20

Space Use Fee: $500   

a flat fee for the use of our creative space

Additional Information

Booking: To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking. Contract will be provided before deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to the beginning of the party.

Included in the Price:

• Dedicated staff assistance

• Art supplies for one planned art activity

• Use of our creative space and kitchenette (includes refrigerator/freezer) 

• Trash cans and clean up of art activity

Things You Might Want to Bring Yourself:

• Beverages, cake, eating utensils, plates, cups, napkins

• Music/playlist (we have speakers, CD players, radio)

BAC is Not Able to Provide:

• Food, drinks, plates, cups, utensils

• Food set up and clean up

• Decorations and party favors
