Visualizing Hope: Creative Practices During Hard Times (In-person)

4 Saturdays
1:00PM - 4:00PM
$320.00

Instructor: Jackie Glosman

Vision boards are a powerful way to connect to what feels most important to us and help us understand how to continue becoming more aligned with our authentic-selves. Visualizing can inspire motivation, work through internal feelings of stuckness, and help us gain clarity and direction. It can also be just plain fun!

In this course, students use collage images and other visual materials to create vision boards representing the intentions they have or would like to move closer to. This course is intended to be a therapeutic art experience rather than a therapy session, although it is taught by a registered art therapist.

Jacqueline Glosman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist working in her own private practice, Jackie G. Therapy. Jacqueline believes the process of creating art and the insight art can share with us is a powerful and essential bridge to grow closer to knowing ourselves and aligning ourselves with our most authentic-selves.
