It is believed that the human eye can detect up to 150 different colours, all of which are mixed from red, yellow and blue!
In this two hour workshop Jill will explain the fundamentals of colour mixing and the process of learning how to recreate any colour that you want. Exercises will include making a colour chart to use as a reference for mixing any hue.
She will also discuss how colour plays an important role in a balanced composition and creating depth in a painting.
