Student Art Show: Details

Brentwood Art Center is delighted to invite community members who have completed at least one courses since April 2024 to participate in our Fall Student Art Exhibition!

DEADLINES

• By August 22: Email EXHIBITS [at] BRENTWOODART [dot] ORG to confirm participation.

• When delivered, all submissions must be accompanied by this completed form.

• Submit your Exhibition Label text using this Google Form.

Artwork Drop-off: Friday, August 22, 10am - 5pm

Saturday, August 23, 10am - 5pm

Tuesday, August 26, 10am - 5pm

Wednesday, August 27, 1pm - 8pm

Thursday, August 28, 10am - 5pm

  Friday, August 29, 10am - 5pm

Further Information

ELIGIBILITY

• Adults, teens, and children are all eligible to participate.

• Participants must have completed at least one BAC courses since April 2024 (in-person and/or online) 

• Artwork must also have been completed during that time.

CRITERIA

• Limit of one piece of artwork per student.

• Maximum size: 

• 2D Works: 28”x34” framed

• 3D Works: Should not exceed 8” on its base

For Adults:

• 2D artwork must be ready to hang (framed or with hardware)

For Youth: 

• Unframed artwork accepted (however, framed work is encouraged)

• Please be aware that unframed submissions may be tacked directly on partitions or on mat board.

OPTIONAL

• Artwork available for sale: 

  • If sold, artist receives 60%; BAC receives 40%

  • Artwork is not required to be for sale

Special Reception: 
Sunday, September 7, 1 - 4pm

Additional viewing hours on Friday and Saturday, September 5 and 6 to be determined.

Pick up of work:
Sunday Sept. 7, 4 - 6pm
Tuesday Sept. 9, 10am - 5pm
ALL ARTWORK MUST BE PICKED UP BY TUESDAY Sept. 9, 5PM.
