Call for Art: 2026 All Student & Faculty Exhibition

Brentwood Art Center is delighted to invite community members who have completed at least one courses since April 2025 to participate in our Fall Student & Faculty Art Exhibition!


DEADLINES

  • By August 1st: Email exhibits[@]bretwoodart[.]org to confirm participation.

  • Artwork Drop-off begins Saturday August 1.

  • Last Day for Artwork Drop-off: Friday August 21.

Further Information

ELIGIBILITY

  • Adults, teens, and children are all eligible to participate.

  • Participants must have completed at least one BAC course since April 2025 (in-person and/or online) 

  • Artwork must also have been completed in conjunction with BAC coursework.

CRITERIA

  • Limit of one piece of artwork per student.

  • Maximum size: 

    • 2D Works: 28”x34” framed.

    • 3D Works: Should not exceed 8” on its base

For Adults:

  • 2D artwork must be ready to hang (framed or with hardware).

    • Simple pre-made frames can be purchased at Michaels, Blick, IKEA, and Goodwill for minimal cost.

      • If you have questions about framing your artwork, write Jason at the email address provided above.

For Youth: 

  • Unframed artwork accepted (however, framed work is encouraged).

  • Please be aware that unframed submissions may be tacked directly on partitions or on mat board.

OPTIONAL

  • Artwork available for sale: 

    • If sold, artist receives 60%; BAC receives 40%.

    • Artwork is not required to be for sale.

LAST STEPS

  • Submit your Exhibition Label text using this Google Form.

  • Complete the Artist Agreement given to you by BAC.


Exhibition will be on view September 8 - 11, for casual visiting.

Closing Reception Event: 
Sunday, September 13, 1 - 4pm



Pick up of work:
Sunday September 13, 4 - 6pm
Tuesday September 14, 10am - 5pm

ALL ARTWORK MUST BE PICKED UP BY Wednesday September 16, 8PM.
