1-Day Workshop: Fall Equinox Vision Boards (In-person)

Saturday, September 20, 2025
1:30PM - 3:30PM
$55.00

Instructor: Jacqueline Glosman

Create a vision board ushering in the Fall Equinox! Vision boards are a powerful way to connect to what feels most important to us and helps us understand how to continue becoming more aligned with our authentic-selves. Visualizing can inspire motivation, work through internal feelings of stuckness, and help us gain clarity and direction. It can also be just plain fun! Participants use collage images and other visual materials to create a board representing the intentions they have or would like to move closer to within this new season of life. This workshop is intended to be a therapeutic art experience rather than a therapy session, although it is conducted by a registered art therapist.

Jacqueline Glosman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist working in her own private practice, Jackie G. Therapy. Jacqueline believes the process of creating art and the insight art can share with us is a powerful and essential bridge to grow closer to knowing ourselves and aligning ourselves with our most authentic-selves.

Supplies are Included. However, please feel free to bring any photos or decorative materials you would like to include on your vision board to the workshop.
